think about getting a bigger pole, as well work on upper body strength, i know, im a pole vaulter as well, my best is around 13′6″, and that was at the state meet, but i went from 11′6″ to 13′6″ because i bought my pole, if you are serious about pole vaulting, look into buying one, good poles will be from $400 to $500, maybe ask the school if you could a fundraiser and get other vaulters to help pay for it as well and everyone can get higher jumps
everyone keeps telling me i dont have that good of form, but im getting 10′ 6″-11′ as a freshman. ive done what everyone keeps telling me to do, but i cant get any higher
Oh yeah @RVittorini … I can vault 23 feet with a 13 foot pole. That’s just my warm up my big pole is a 21 foot 290 lb. Carbon and I got a new pr on it the other day of 33 feet. My first meet hasn’t gotten here yet though that’s why the record is still 20′2″. See this is my first year so know one really knows me but they will

2 feet is nothing -_-, if you high jumped 2 feet it would be alright, but with a pole tht not worth bragging about.
