I don’t think using the wii to lose weight is a sound strategy at all. Just my opinion…

Using Wii to lose weight is another proof why there’s obese people in the U.S. we got so lazy that we want to eat in the cars, exercising and playing. why not running outside and burn some real calories?

Ya that’s so true I have a Wii to play games not exercise. Its called a gym or like u said go outside.. lol!

Agreed u need more than just a game. You need diet and exercise and a “healthy” lifestyle… Just my opinion.
