Even thought i was pmsing,eaing chocolate and when out and ate i still lost over a pound.

My goals for ths week are to start working out again. (sorry about the pic’s just woke up half asleep)
I notice how much better i feel when i do my little 20 minute circuit and 20 minutes in the sauna.
The sauna works wonders for skin. U’ll B so soft when ur done.
