We decided The other day that we were gonna get a puppy.
So saturday we decided to look.
Didnt matter the breed just the enegry.
We believe in ceaser millian with his view on dogs but we wanted a puppy.
This pic was of the first day we’ve got him his name is Prince.
He also eats organic food too!!!
But we leash broke him in 5 minutes, and now we’ve had him for 5 days and have probably walked/ ran 15- 20 miles.
I havent slept this good since i can remember.
I use to go to bed late wake up at noon.
Now that all has change i’m so tired by 1130 and wide awake at 8!
Its crazy to be giving my energy to prince to be well balanced that i am becoming well balanced too.
Because of the great exercising and going to the parks to run around/ hiking, we quit our gym.
I never thought that having a dog and giving them the exercise they need that i can get the exercise i need.
Most people get a dog and think “a walk to the corner and back is all they need”
Which is very wrong. How would u feel?
If u were couped up all day and ur natural instinct tells u to walk and search around for scent of a raccoons or something.
Dogs need more than a 15 minute walk 2 times a day.
They need to be exhausted when they come home.
It makes them happy to have a job and complete it.
Prince comes home after each walk (atleast 4 a day 30 min’s each) to play then its time for a nap.
I normally take naps with him cause i’m so tired too.
He is a bundle of joy but he is gonna be well rounded.
He is an American Staffordshire terrier
Hes gonna be big and sweet so were giving him his lessons on how to behave now.
We’re not gonna have his ears clipped though.
I’m not saying that someone/ anyone should go out and get a dog to work out.
Cause if someone doesnt have the time the dog doesnt get what it needs.
And every one knows what an unhappy dog looks like.
A lot of people who have dogs don’t even deserve them because the only excersise the dog gets is pacing the back yard or chasing a squirrel.
