Wow! Your results are amazing! I need to lose some weight, but can’t seem to make any progress! I’m good for a few days and then while out wakesurfing I break down and snack.

Snacking is good if its the right things.
When wake boarding ur going to get hungry so pack something healthy.
Bananas, apples, grapes anything like that becomes a great snacking food.
It’s self control and its hard I’m still learning and every day is a learning process.
I slip up and eat bad sometimes the problem is if u don’t get back to eating good is the problem.
Just stay strong if u can wake board u can do this!!
It just takes time to learn!
