I was able to lose weight by reducing the amount of calories I consumed and by exercising with walks every night.
Oh this is one of a kind blog. Thank you for sharing. I think this is inspiration to us, especially me because I’m getting bigger. I need to loose weight. But at least I’m healthy. I’m just annoyed how fast I gain weight. =) Have a good day.
Really liked Sergeant P’s article about exercises without weight. You don’t always have them around.
