The wal-mart diet

by Alley on May 7, 2010

We’ve been out of town on and off A LOT lately.

No Trader Joes, no organic food, WHAT R WE GONNA DO!

Well Wal-mart has finally stepped there game up a little.

They have some organic food. YAH!

Not much they’re not a great contributor to a healthier america yet but they r starting to care.

So this week will not be 100% organic.

We have been eating pretty bad the last couple weeks cause we were out in the country.

But now we’re closer and it will b easier to get to wal-mart.

SO beginning wal-mart diet for a couple days.

I gained enough weight that i almost went back up to 150.

I didn’t pay attention or weigh myself for almost 2 weeks and that’s what happened.

Just ate what i wanted and i cried when i stepped on the scale again.

But there is hope. I’ve dropped 5 pounds.

But i still have to lose more.

But like i said there is hope. Hope for us all!

Wal mart is one of the biggest store online. Its a good idea to do that.

The Walmarts with the grocery department have stepped it up a bit. I think it mostly has to do with meeting consumer demand and wanting to get more people into the door. They pay quite a bit to being energy efficient with the construction of their new stores, also. They still do a lot of controversial things, though.

Ya not ever company is a good moral company but if they take at least 1 step in th right direction every now and again at least its something.
